Thanks to the National Lottery Community Fund, Sgt. Pepper’s has gone On the Move.  Our signwritten VW campervan takes us to harder to reach areas, so we can go out into the community and meet people, rather than them having to make the first move.   It means that we now meet so many more people who could use a friend and it has opened doors in multiple ways.

 

Our adapted campervan is a focal point at public events and celebrations, as well as a welcome stop off for a cheery chat and light refreshments.  The campervan has become well recognised in the region and is a magnet for bringing people together.  It’s also the base for some of our podcasts that you can find on this website.

 

From a simple chat to a successful sign posting outcome, our On the Move campervan is tangibly changing lives for the better.
